Afterward we decided to go to the Comet Café for breakfast.
You might remember Comet's sister restaurant: Honeypie Café.
I love going to Comet because it has the best eclectic food choices and it has an extremely urban feel.
We were very hungry after church and there was a short wait to get a table...you can tell it was getting to us.
Fun fact: Milwaukee is the only area in the US that does a beer chaser with the bloody.
It could be because we are the beer city or because we're awesome..I think it's the latter.
Also, sorry, the computer ate part of my photo..
The computer was very hungry apparently...
As you can see, after we got our bloodies we perked up quite a bit.
J and Brittney both had a monster of a breakfast burrito: egg, cheese, pico de gallo, ranchero sauce, and sour cream wrapped in a nice warm tortilla. mmmMMmmm
EEEKKK!! B had the Sendler: corned beef, eggs, hash browns, and cheese wrapped in a tortilla and topped with Sriracha.
My mouth is watering.
I had the Comet Benedict: Homemade biscuit, cheddar cheese, and a fried egg topped with sausage gravy.
It looks kind of iffy, but it was the ultimate comfort-food breaky.
Breanne had the BELT: bacon, fried egg, lettuce, and tomato on white bread.
And you thought regular BLTs were delicious...
We spent our the rest of the morning eating, chatting, and drinking. The Bloodies had a little more than a kick to them, so after getting a little giggly. We went and explored in Koppa's Fulbeli Deli across the street to blow off some energy.

If you go, get there early...the place gets pretty packed on the weekends. Don't let that discourage you though. You NEED to go.
Also, like Honeypie, they have a wide selection of cupcakes. :)
Get one to go.
And if nothing else, go for the sweet sticker they give you after the bill.
Food, drinks, and stickers, what could be better??
